Besides the 12 level campaign between brothers, Elite Squadron follows the similar path of the previous Battlefront series, specifically its multiplayer, where two teams compete to capture parts of the game map.

His brother, X1, another force-sensitive clone, chose to take on a more difficult path that puts the Empire and the Rebellion in a difficult situation.
